Hydac Varnish Elimination System on a Power Station

We have just completed a project with our partners at Hydac using the Hydac Varnish Elimination unit on a power station lube system. This system had issues with varnish due to relief valves constantly operating. The initial sample showed a MPC of 64.50, after three weeks this has now reduced to a MPC of 8. MT Mechanical & Electrical Ltd continue to monitor the condition of the fluid to ensure the client’s system is fully operational.
